ARTICLE 2 - SUBJECT
This agreement aims to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of all kinds of products and/or services (hereinafter referred to as "Product") ordered electronically by the Buyer through the https://prestashopdemo.megventure.com/ website of the Seller and offered by the Seller.
ARTICLE 3 - PRODUCTS SUBJECT TO THE CONTRACT
The Products purchased by the Buyer are provided in accordance with the specifications announced on the Seller's website and with the specifications and total sales price listed below:

ARTICLE 4 - DELIVERY TERMS
The Products will be delivered to the delivery address specified by the Buyer during the order through the Seller's logistics partners. The delivery process will be initiated within the business day determined by the Seller from the confirmation of the order. All responsibility for delivery belongs to the Seller.
ARTICLE 5 - PAYMENT TERMS
The Buyer shall pay for the Product by choosing one of the payment methods offered by the Seller. Payment will be made following the completion of the order. All payment transactions will be processed in an encrypted and secure manner through the relevant bank and payment systems.
ARTICLE 6 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN CONDITIONS
The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal without giving any reason to the Seller within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the Product. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, written notification must be made to the Seller during this period. The Product to be returned must be undamaged and unused. When the returned Product reaches the Seller, the necessary procedures will be initiated for the return of the Product price to the Buyer.
ARTICLE 7 - CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT
By accepting all articles in this contract electronically, the Buyer confirms that the information and documents required by the contract have been provided to him and that he has ordered the Product subject to the contract. This contract shall enter into force and be concluded as soon as it is approved electronically by the parties.
ARTICLE 8 - DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In disputes that may arise from this agreement Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized.
